The energy savings of the 18 accommodation units were in the focus at the modernisation of the dwelling Willy-Jacob-Weg 12-14 in the year 2007.
The comfort increase accompanying with that was continued with the rebuilding of the balcony plants.
Being able to by glass elements to close the new balconies completely. The additional living space which was won by the extension of the balcony areas therefore offers an added value for the residents also on colder days.
